9:30am-11am – Registration, sign-in, team formation, meeting your team facilitator

11am – Opening brief

11:30 – Start Innovation Game – Design, coding and development

17:30-18:30 – Welcoming the Experts to give advice on the first solution prototypes

18:30-21:00 – Design, coding, development and production. You can code all night, but this is by no means obligatory or expected. Snacks and drinks will be provided until 9PM. You can take your work and team with you, and be back next day for breakfast! There’s no overnight stay at the venue.

Sunday 19th March

9:00 – Breakfast

9:00-12:00 – Hackathon, design, coding, development and production/pitch rehearsals

12:00-12:30 – Lunch

12:30-14:00 – Hackathon, design, coding, development and production/pitch rehearsals

14:00 – ‘Hackathon Stop’, Meeting teams and collecting presentations

16:30 – HACKATHON PITCH – teams will present their solutions

17:45 – Vote of the jury and prizes ceremony

19:00 – End of the hackathon.

Talks on how startups and businesses can embrace tech accessibility and become more efficient in designing/developing more accessible products and services and reaching a larger-scale audience and customers i.e. disabled clients. Moreover, we will host disabled CEOs and teams from the leading accessibility focused startups and businesses who will talk about their successful ventures and tell stories on accessibility, diversity, inclusion, employment and startup ecosystem in London.
